Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • You must contact us at [customer service email] with your order number and photos of the product in question.
    • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible for the return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


 

Allergy Disclaimer

Our products are formulated with natural ingredients. However, we recommend that customers carefully read all ingredient lists before using our products, especially if you have any known allergies. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects that may result from product usage. Conduct a patch test before using any new product.

  • Product Variations: Since our products are handmade with natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur from batch to batch. These variations do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.
  • Shelf Life: For optimal freshness, we recommend using our products within 12 months of purchase (unless otherwise stated on the label). Store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • External Use Only: Our body care products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

 

Product Sensitivity Disclosure

By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge the following:

  • Heat Sensitivity: Body butters, scrubs, and similar products are prone to melting in high temperatures, especially during warmer months or in hot climates.

  • No Responsibility for Melting: Journey Rose Beauty is not responsible for products that may melt during transit or after delivery due to exposure to heat. Melting does not compromise the quality or effectiveness of the product.

  • Re-Solidifying Instructions: If your product melts, simply refrigerate it until it re-solidifies. While the texture may change slightly, this will not affect the product’s performance or benefits.

We recommend keeping your products in a cool, dry place to maintain their original texture and consistency.
